Refund and Returns Policy

At CHATXCITY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth return and refund experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products purchased from our website within 30 days of the order date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and promotional items that came with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase.
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by CHATXCITY customer support before being sent back.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@chatxcity.xyz or (212) 289-4952 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item, including its original packaging, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Return the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange a prepaid return label.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the damage.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
